Website migration form a Flash to standards based HTML and CSS using Joomla  content management systems (CMS).

Flash Website had many limitations. The solutions I came up with solves problems listed below:

• Easy to update by any staff with out programming
• Blog, E-commerce as well as web pages are hosted on single domain name.
• New site is compliant with web standard and is viewable on all devices. Specifically smart phones and tablets.
• New Site uses search engine friendly (SEF) web addresses

Supervised and trained a team of 7 people to met tight deadline featuring e-commerce shop, blog and online video.

As a result of my positive strategy, plan, schedule and execution my Jewelry Designer client was able to meet tight deadline and launch site successfully.
