You Don’t Have to Do Everything Yourself — Here’s the First Step Out

I’m excited to share that I’ll be attending Breaking Free from the Rainmaker’s Dilemma — a free virtual workshop on April 14.

This 45-minute working session is designed for business owners who feel buried in day-to-day operations. Through guided discussion, we explore practical ways to delegate, systematize, and scale — so the business can grow without everything depending on you.

If you’re responsible for most (or all) of the sales, operations, and decision-making in your company, it can feel empowering… but it’s also a warning sign. Common symptoms of the Rainmaker’s Dilemma include:

  • Clients only wanting to work with you
  • Decisions piling up on your desk
  • A team that waits for your direction before moving

This workshop feels a bit like a business therapy session — it forces you to ask the hard questions, especially if you’re feeling suffocated by the daily grind and need a path out but aren’t sure where to begin.

You’ll also meet other business owners who are navigating the same challenges. As you learn new strategies, you build a community of peers who get it.

While every founder’s journey is different, this workshop is especially valuable for early and mid-stage business owners. The challenges may be universal, but the solutions are personal — and Franne does an incredible job guiding you toward your next level.

By the end, you’ll walk away with clarity on your next steps — whether that’s building a sales or operations team, implementing systems and processes, or developing leadership and autonomy within your team.

I highly recommend this free workshop to any business owner ready to level up and reclaim their time.
